This is me...my identity doesn't start or end with being ThirtyTen years of age, a wife or a mother. This is MY space where I don't have to worry about speaking my mind. I still think a perfect day includes rock music, fast cars, and heavy barbells, in addition to hugs from my boys...so if you're just looking for stories of stuffy noses and birthday parties you are in the wrong place my friend!

5 Pumping Me Up
Married 13 years to my best friend and business partner, and mother of twin boys that are good for at least 4 belly laughs a day! Training and sculpting my body to be it's very best is my passion. I want to continue training and competing as long as my family continues to support my efforts.

The scale's been pretty harsh to me too, but it's okay because we're both on track with our fitness plans so our scales will start telling us nice things again soon.

Aaawwww, you are such a sweethart! How is the dieting going? You won't feel "gucky" for long. I am really excited for u to go on stage for the 1st time. You are going to love it.
Man I hate when the scale does that. I'm staying away for a bit since it treated me so poorly the last time I got on it. That will show it! ;p
Hang in there. The next time you get on I'm sure it will be repentant and show a better number.
